Radar IM
Radar Instant Messenger
Radar IM is a multi-platform messenger combining
device features such as location based services
and multi media device features used with buddies
and buddy-robots as well.
A “buddy-robot” is an application
which can be added to a given users buddy list
providing a specific service to the user.
Robots can be weather or RSS serices sending IMs
in a predefined interval containing news or the
current weather conditions or image push services
to WiFi enabled Photo frames, where the users
simply sends an image to a robot which then sends
this image to the picture frame. More robots can
be implemented and added as OSGi bundles.
